Origin

Khao Niew Bing features large, round, smooth-textured balls with a golden brown exterior from brown sugar. The inside is soft and juicy, offering a balanced sweetness enhanced by coconut milk and pandan aroma. Some versions include mung beans or fresh corn for added crunch.
